Before your appointment

Any abrasions, scabs or cuts on the scalp the chemical service will not be preformed. Any signs of headlice, ring worm or any other parasitic infectious disease signs on the scalp I will not preform any service and recommend you to consult a doctor immediately.

Any box dye/color on your hair or henna you must be 100% honest with me or chemical reactions can occur resulting in possible hair damage, loss or the color not lifting or turning out properly. A strand test is best to preform first before any lightning or highlight service if you have box dye on your hair. Please book a free 15 min consultation with me first if this is your hair situation and you’re wanting to go lighter.

I am not requiring a deposit down at this time. Just give me a 24-48 hr heads up if you need to reschedule or cancel. For persistent no call no show clients I will require a deposit from you for future bookings. Please arrive on time, no later than 15 mins. past your appointment or we may need to reschedule you.

During your appointment

Before any chemical service is preformed I have all my clients fill out a fast one time chemical release form giving me the permission to put chemicals on or near your scalp in case if you have an allergic reaction, very rare. If at any time you feel burning on the scalp during your color or perm appointment advise me immediately. Itching and or tingling is normal, burning is not.
